Your generous support is critical to realizing our ultimate goal of creating a world where everyone feels a sense of belonging. We rely on donations to help foster social inclusion opportunities for young adults with disabilities, including sports teams, college groups, and peer mentoring. We have partnered with the Doug Flutie, Jr. Foundation for Autism to raise funds for our mission.

We encourage you, our YWU friends and families, to come to fundraising events, donate, support, learn, and just have fun! Together we can build a sense of belonging for all.

the Flutie 5k Run/Walk/Roll for Autism!

This year, Flutie Foundation excitingly launches the 24th annual Flutie 5k and continues to help people and families affected by autism live life to the fullest!

You’re With Us! is excited to enter our third-year partnership with the Flutie Foundation. Join us to run, walk or roll the 5K at Boston College. Last Year, I attended the Flutie 5k with my mentee, Eric! The whole day was filled with laughs, ice cream, YWU t-shirts and of course, a nice 5k. Eric and I chose to walk the course - getting to really enjoy the fall scenery in the middle of a beautiful apple farm. My siblings volunteered to stand on the course and hand out water, hold signs, and be a “cheer squad“ for runners. It was so nice to be able to meet so many new people and get the YWU community together in person. Great fun was had by all, and I cannot wait to go back this year for round 2!
